Sinulog Festival!
Likened to the fiesta celebrations occurring in many parts of South America, the Sinulog festival in Cebu City takes place every 2nd Sunday of January to pay homage to the patron saint of Cebu, the Seņor Santo Niņo. Expect wildly colorful costumes, tribal dancing in the streets, and a party atmosphere that envelops the city from dawn until the next dawn.
